Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our Monahans site, ensuring accurate parts issuance and inventory control within the Epicor ERP system. This hands-on role collaborates with Maintenance, Production, and Procurement to support plant operations.

You'll drive process improvements, supervise Warehouse Associates, conduct cycle counts, and maintain safety and compliance across the site. Experience with ERP/CMMS and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Deep understanding of efficient warehousing principles.
• Knowledge of warehouse auditing practices.
• 5 years of direct warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures with some independent judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Leads daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely issuance of spare parts.
• Create and refine warehouse processes that support efficient operations and accurate inventory.
• Lead and teach by example, taking an active role in daily operations and warehouse improvement efforts.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries; ensure all materials are properly received and transacted in Epicor in a timely manner.
• Organize warehouse, storage yards, and laydown areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, ease of access, and accurate counts.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories with a target parts accuracy of 96% or higher.
• Assist with auditing open purchase orders and following up on outstanding deliveries.
• Utilize Epicor modules to process receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Generate reports for Site and Corporate Management related to inventory value, usage, and variances.
