Qualifications

• 3-5 years in supervisory role in a distribution/warehouse environment.
• Minimum 1 year of operations experience in a warehouse/distribution/logistics environment.
• Prior experience creating and executing a shift plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of up to 250 staff to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Monitor and track productivity metrics.
• Facilitate communication between shifts and teams.
