Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate print production schedules with Operations Manager and Supervisors.
• Lead warehouse crew to meet daily and weekly shipping demands efficiently.
• Monitor production processes for SOP adherence and quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement efficiency improvements.
• Schedule pickups from Hebron facility and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Participate in inventory counts and manage supplies for continuous workflow.
