Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate staff and resolve workplace disputes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Physical endurance to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Proven background in logistics and warehouse administration.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms and inventory tracking software.
• Experience operating forklifts and dock equipment; vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with office personnel, drivers, and staff to streamline inventory control and distribution.
• Direct the fulfillment, preparation, and dispatch of customer orders.
• Oversee logistics including truck scheduling, personnel management, and fleet upkeep.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure facility and equipment are well-maintained.
