Job summary

Fujifilm Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse, to lead the warehouse team and oversee GMP-compliant operations in a 24/7 facility. The role coordinates shipping, receiving, material transfer, and 3PL management while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet production needs and maintain a safe, productive environment.

You will coach direct reports, drive continuous improvement, and ensure inspection readiness with trained personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6+ years of experience; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years; OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years; OR experience leading, and developing people.
• Experience leading GMP warehouse operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Warehouse activities including receipt, storage, management, distribution, and shipment of GMP materials.
• Coordinate daily activities between Warehouse and cross-functional sites to meet production schedule and GMP standards.
• Maintain SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure 24/7 shift coverage and safety.
