Job summary

Fujifilm Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Supervisor for the Weigh & Dispense area to lead a multi-shift team within Supply Chain, ensuring compliant and reliable production aligned with the schedule.

You will develop direct reports, coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, SC Planning, Drug Product and Warehouse, drive continuous improvement, and manage training, deviations and CAPAs to meet production needs. This role may require night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of life sciences, business or related experience.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years of life sciences, business or related experience.
• High school diploma with 6+ years of life sciences, business or related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, leads, and develops direct reports for Weigh & Dispense team across multiple shifts.
• Oversees daily activities to meet production schedules and coordinate with Warehouse.
• Develops development plans, conducts one-on-ones, and supports employee growth.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures safe, compliant operations.
• Drives continuous improvement, CAPAs, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Works with Manufacturing Support and Operations on weigh-outs and records.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of life sciences, business or related experience

Associate's degree with 4+ years of life sciences, business or related experience

High school diploma with 6+ years of life sciences, business or related experience

Experience in manufacturing environment
