Job summary

Resource Innovations in Charlotte, NC, with additional locations in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Greenville, SC, is seeking Warehouse Associates to pull, assemble and package customer orders for energy-efficiency programs and events.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities include inventory tracking, pallet jack use, and upholding a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Six months of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory, production, or related experience preferred; transferable experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, store, and record energy-efficiency materials, demand response devices, tools, and program materials.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials and equipment for field technicians based on work orders.
• Track serial-numbered devices and inventory from receipt through issuance, return, and reconciliation.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; investigate or elevate issues.
• Process returned, defective, or replaced equipment per procedures.
• Organize and consolidate products with pallet jacks and hand carts for storage.
