Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in administration, retail, merchandising, supply chain or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Forklift and OSHA certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehousing or supply chain management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of safety and legal procedures for handling goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Meet standards by contributing to plans and reviews; improve productivity and quality.
• Optimize workflow and suggest productivity improvements.
• Reduce financial loss from damaged products.
• Analyze shipment logs and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and move inventory as needed.
• Review payroll and commission reports for payment.
• Open and close the shift; supervise and train workers.
• Maintain equipment and track KPIs.
• Keep storage area organized and design-compliant; propose improvements.
• Deliver supplies to departments and manage transfers.
