Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) in Council Bluffs, IA. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, train staff, and ensure operational efficiency while upholding quality standards and GXO’s 7S program.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office and scanners. Flexible scheduling and overtime may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Always maintain a clean environment.
