Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its distribution center. You will lead daily workflows, balance supervision with hands-on tasks, and ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy in inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse/distribution with a supervisory background. Proficiency in PKMS or similar systems and MS Office is essential, along with the ability to operate powered equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate DC workflow to meet production, quality and safety standards.
• Perform tasks alongside team during peak workload to maintain flow and address issues.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Evaluate and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
