Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse and delivery functions and supervises staff.
• Maintain and organize warehouse merchandise for inventory accuracy.
• Sample merchandise and ensure items on the floor from DC and allocations.
• Ensure security of merchandise in warehouse and storage areas.
• Supervise delivery drivers and temporary labor, schedule deliveries.
• Prepare and line up delivery tickets; review tickets ahead of delivery.
• Oversee daily vehicle inspections and service records.
• Screen warehouse staff candidates; administer Defensive Driving tests.
• Assist in loading, receiving, and staging of merchandise.
• Manage repossessed furniture labeling and sanitation logs (VA).
• Assemble furniture and help reset showroom floor.
• Participate in physical inventories and stock accuracy.
