Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Brownsburg, IN to coordinate daily logistics, supervise a team, and optimize warehouse operations. You will work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with weekly pay at $23.97 per hour and focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, 1+ year supervisory experience, and familiarity with GPD. Forklift experience and strong math/technical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• GPD (Good Documentation Practice) experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate picking and shipping.
• Follow health and safety policies per OSHA regulations.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.
