Accurate Personnel is actively seeking Warehouse Manager/Supervisors in Brownsburg, IN to oversee daily warehouse operations and staff across shifts. The role focuses on safe, efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory processes with emphasis on leadership and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in warehouse leadership, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving procedures, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and direct daily activities of warehouse staff across assigned shifts.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely shipping, receiving, order picking, and stocking.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate reporting in the warehouse management system.
• Enforce safety protocols, OS&H standards, and company guidelines across the warehouse floor.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to boost performance and team productivity.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks, material shortages, or staffing issues as they arise.
