Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our distribution network in Cowpens, SC. This on-site leadership role guides frontline associates, drives safe, efficient warehouse operations, and implements process improvements that support peak performance.

You will monitor KPIs, coach the team, uphold health and safety standards, and partner with management to develop staffing plans and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, ensuring a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
