Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
• Valid standard driver's license; some states may require a Class D license.
• Meet DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years old and willing to cross state lines for deliveries.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution center and lead daily team assignments.
• Audit completed assignments for accuracy and quality.
• Coach and train team members on procedures and safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift to pull orders and load containers.
• Replenish stock and perform other warehouse duties as needed.
