Job summary

Classic Tents & Events is seeking a Team Lead for our General Warehouse in the United States. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, direct crew members, and coordinate with sales for event-driven loading and unloading.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate loading, inventory checks, and safe operations, with overtime and weekend coverage as events demand. A valid driver’s license and DOT wellness checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory/lead experience in warehouse or delivery roles.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean DMV record.
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment physical and a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily team operations in the warehouse.
• Supervise order picking, loading/unloading trucks, and restocking.
• Ensure correct items are loaded for events.
• Oversee returns and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; comply with regulations.
• Manage labor hours for jobs and ensure timely job completion.
• Ensure crew completes checklists and communicates with sales staff.
