ILS Inc. is seeking a driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Carson, CA facility. This is a fast-paced role where you will own daily workflows, optimize receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and drive efficiency across the site.

You will manage and train staff, enforce safety protocols, coordinate with logistics and procurement, and monitor KPIs to report on performance. The perfect candidate brings 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong WMS knowledge, and proven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control.
• Proven leadership to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to meet fulfillment goals.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Track KPIs and generate reports on warehouse performance and efficiency.
