ILS Inc. is seeking a driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Carson, CA facility. This is a fast-paced role where you will own daily workflows, optimize receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and drive efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control.
• Proven leadership to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
