Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Indiana (second- or third-shift).

The role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory flow, and coordinating with a major automotive customer to meet service goals. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution or transportation environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, ability to multitask
• A competitive and career oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and material flow.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Interact with the customer daily to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and review reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between the company and customers to foster positive relationships.
• Perform other tasks delegated by the customer and/or General Manager.
