Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates while creating a positive and accountable work environment.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, sequencing and material flow.
• Coach employees on safety, quality, productivity and performance expectations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer service.
• Partner with management and support teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and customer standards.
• Assist with staffing, training, employee development and workforce planning.
• Communicate effectively with employees, leadership and customer representatives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve productivity, quality and overall operational performance.
