Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Analytical for administrative duties and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills with word processing/spreadsheets.
• Good judgment and situational awareness for safety.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises shipping/receiving associates (crew set up and job assignments).
• Monitors and enforces work rules and policies (discipline).
• Controls production standards and accuracy of shipments/receiving using accuracy programs.
• Performs order selection trail audits and pallet breakdown audits.
• Maintains daily production and accuracy records (throughput evaluation).
• Processes store returns and vendor returns per company policies.
• Coordinates with Inventory Control on slotting, rotation, and space allocation.
• Conducts daily crew meetings to discuss safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Schedules inbound load appointments and supervises related activities.
• Walks the warehouse daily with the superintendent to enforce safety, security, sanitation, and pest control codes.
• Develops and maintains good cross-department relationships.
• Safety reviews (PIT, lifting techniques).
