Job summary

Benchmark in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing personnel and systems and direct daily operations in a 2nd shift environment.

The role requires leadership in warehouse operations, organizing workload, and ensuring accurate material processing from receipt to destination. You will resolve discrepancies, implement policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership/mentor role
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule the department workload to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials from receipt to destination.
• Review problems and discrepancy reports and take corrective actions or involve appropriate personnel for resolution
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures
• Support discrepant/excess/obsolete material processing to ensure timely removal from production floor or warehouse
• Direct or conduct cycle count program for assets or assist in periodic physical inventory of production materials
• Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for Warehousing and Inventory Control
• Regularly inform management of the status of all work activities
• All employees are responsible for the quality of their work to ensure BEI meets or exceeds customer satisfaction
