Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises shipping/receiving associates.
• Monitors and enforces work rules and policies.
• Controls production standards and accuracy of shipments/receiving.
• Conducts audits of orders, pallets, and procedures.
• Maintains daily production and accuracy records.
• Supports food safety compliance and sanitation.
• Coordinates with Inventory Control on slotting and space.
• Lead daily crew meetings on safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Communicates with Transportation on backhaul flows.
• Oversees inbound load appointments and deliveries.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and personnel.
• Fosters cross-department collaboration.
