Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead in-store logistics and inventory control. This full-time, in-store role requires hands-on forklift use, accurate processing of shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include assembling orders, labeling stock, cycle counting, and ensuring timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments, with flexibility to work nights and weekends in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Read and write in English is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read orders and assemble customer orders for pallets.
• Sort materials by predefined criteria (size, type, color, code).
• Complete inventory paperwork including shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure accuracy of store inventory at all times.
• Label orders and back stock clearly.
• Participate in the cycle counting program.
• Load/unload customer vehicles and obtain signed paperwork.
• Process incoming freight promptly.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts; inspect and maintain gear.
• Record quantities received and distributed.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Enter records into computer; other duties as assigned.
