Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform barcode and inventory tasks using RF devices or a desktop computer. You will pick, pack, palletize, and ship items, and maintain accurate inventory across multiple locations.

You will operate equipment including forklift, order picker, and wrapping machines, while adhering to safety policies and attendance requirements. Training and certifications may be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong work ethic.
• Forklift, reach truck, and order picker certification or willingness to be certified.
• Basic organizational, mathematical, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of safety measures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move in varying positions.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Use RF device or computer to perform all Bar Code functions (pull, put away, ship confirm, inventory lookup).
• Select correct pick ticket to determine items to be picked, packed, palletized or shipped.
• Move pallets, boxes and items to staging areas or crates.
• Manually lift and move items onto/off pallets and into/out of crates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy during picking, packing, shipping or put-away.
