Job summary

Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff activities, and accuracy of inbound/outbound processes. You will lead receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controls while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and strong supervisory and English language skills to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Supervises a small group in a high-transaction environment.
• Contributes to developing processes and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of the functional area.
• 3+ years of related experience as an individual contributor.
• Strong technical and supervisory skills to direct staff.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension).
• 2+ years in a warehouse lead or supervisory role (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, and documentation.
• Optimizes layouts, workflows, and space utilization.
• Monitors safety and security of goods and materials.
• Uses a Warehouse/ERP system to track processes and performance.
• Implements strong safety policies and procedures.
• Complies with the Quality Management System requirements.
