Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant Manager (Retail Warehouse) in Tampa, FL to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and lead the distribution team to meet customer demands.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and Excel skills, forklift certification, and the ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced environments. You will collaborate with sales, inventory, and couriers to ensure accurate orders and compliant METRC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations to ensure quality and timeliness targets are met for shipments and inventory levels remain accurate.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner to ensure shipments arrive to our customers on time.
• Receive incoming shipments daily to ensure accuracy of purchase orders, maintain quality control, and keep inventory properly organized.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
• Respond to website customers as needed who have a question about the status of their shipment.
• Effectively communicate with sales to prioritize and provide updates on time-sensitive shipments as needed.
• Work with manager to interview and hire distribution associates and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with couriers to schedule pickups and handle compliance paperwork for orders.
