Job summary

LifeWave Corporate in San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee on-site warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and compliance with cGMP, MoCRA and CFR 111 standards. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead Stockroom Clerks and warehouse staff, drive efficiency, monitor workflows, and provide timely coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience required; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates on‑site warehouse order fulfillment operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Monitors daily workflows to meet order fulfillment targets for accuracy and turnaround times and service level expectations.
• Collaborates with team members to optimize workflows and streamline processes for increased efficiency.
