Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site warehouse order fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Implement and maintain inventory control measures; conduct cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Monitor quality control procedures and address product quality, packaging, or order accuracy issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to communicate updates and improvement opportunities; coordinate with carriers and suppliers.
