Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates and temporary workers to ensure timely processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Train, coach, and evaluate associates using established methods and standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain records of performance and production standards.
• Conduct daily huddles, communicate priorities, and support new process orientation and safety training.
• Manage hiring recommendations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Area Supervisors, DC Merchandise Managers, and HR to maintain a positive work environment.
