Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 5-8 years of related experience, with strong skills in ERP systems, MS Office, and forklift operation.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure SOPs for warehouse, shipping and receiving.
• Validate inventory daily and ensure ERP accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory audits and escalate discrepancies.
• Process shipping paperwork and dispatch carriers/trucks.
• Train forklift operators and ensure certification.
• Maintain safety and quality policies (SQF, cGMP).
• Support customer service to meet shipment requirements.
