Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, assign work to teammates, and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, operate forklift equipment, perform inspections, and coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
Ability to work in cold storage and dry storage temperatures.
Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Comfortable with various noise levels and operational environments.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective actions.
Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
Handle daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer checks.
Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback.
