Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Pasadena, Texas is hiring for a warehouse associate to move products using forklift and pallet jack. You will verify inventory, locate items, and prepare shipments according to work orders with RF scanning.

The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and shifts, including weekends. You will report to the warehouse leadership and contribute to a compliant, efficient supply chain operation.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Must identify products by pallet IDs and read instructions in the official language.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20F/-25C) or dry storage (up to 100F/37C) with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking and inspect items for damage.
• Document and report damages to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label materials using RF scanning to verify counts.
• Alert supervisors to issues and seek directions to resolve them.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
