Job summary

Keefe, a TKC Holdings Company, is seeking a KCN Operations Lead to coordinate commissary shipments, orders, and on-site functions at assigned warehouse facilities.

You will work on site reporting to the District Manager; the role requires supervisory and forklift experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to train staff from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid driver license required
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Order filling experience required
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 am–3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Assist management with training and scheduling staff
• Manage on-site inventory control including orders, receiving, stocking, processing orders and commissary delivery
• Complete required reporting
• Document and inform KCN Management of priority tasks and personnel issues
• Know and understand all phases of shipping/commissary delivery in designated KCN facilities
• Report problems, discrepancies, issues to KCN Management promptly with written documentation
• Help with general upkeep of all KCN areas/equipment/products in a clean manner and maintain ACA & AJA guidelines when applicable
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs

About This Position

The KCN Operations Lead helps coordinate all KCN commissary shipments, orders and KCN functions at assigned warehouse facilities and commissary on-sites.

You will work onsite for this position. You will report to the District Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Assist management with training and scheduling Full-Time and Part-Time staff.
• Manage assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including order, receive, stock product, process orders and make commissary delivery.
• Complete required reporting.
• Document and inform KCN Management of all priority tasks and personnel problems.
• Know and understand all phases of shipping/commissary delivery in designated KCN facilities.
• Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to KCN Management promptly with written documentation.
• Help with general upkeep of all KCN areas/equipment/products in a clean manner and maintain American Correctional Association & American Jail Association guidelines when applicable.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver license REQUIRED.
• DOC ID pass (if at a Commissary On-site).
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience REQUIRED.
• Forklift experience REQUIRED.
• Order filling experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
