Job summary

Keefe Group seeks warehouse operations team members for our Indiana facility. You will work onsite in a fast-paced warehouse, handling receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping tasks with exposure to WMS technology and modern handling equipment.

We offer daily pay options, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and regular raises based on performance. You will be cross-trained across distribution areas and may specialize in a specific area as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with computers preferred
• Scheduling: Mon-Thu, 6 am-4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations
• Select products for customer orders in Commissary team
• Manage inventory including counting and correcting stock
• Use WMS systems with mobile scan guns and tablets
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist in other distribution tasks
• Participate in cross-training across departments and opportunities for specialization

Compensation

• Hourly compensation

About This Position

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.


• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.


• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.


• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.


• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.


• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.


• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Familiarity with computers preferred.


• ABILITY TO WORK: Monday - Thursday , 6 am - 4:30 pm
