Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage distribution center operations onsite. You will report to the Operations Manager and lead supervisors, stockers, and drivers across KCN locations.

The role emphasizes inventory control, scheduling, and adherence to regulations, with a focus on maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification.
• Warehouse managerial or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management and computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and scheduling managers, supervisors, stockers, drivers, and commissary staff for KCN locations.
• Oversee on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking, and processing orders.
• Ensure staff follow warehouse rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Perform weekly audit of high security items and report results.
• Process and manage weekly timesheets and maintain attendance calendars/files.

About This Position

Manage all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in providing commissary operations and services to assigned locations.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Help manage, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned.
• Manage and accountable for assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
• Ensure all employees know and follow all rules, regulations and procedures of the warehouse.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage the submission of weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for staff.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience.
• Requires supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs).
