Job summary

TKC Holdings is seeking an on-site KCN Operations Lead in Olive Branch, MS to coordinate shipments, orders, and KCN functions at assigned warehouse facilities and on-site commissaries.

You report to the District Manager and will work Monday–Friday, 7 am–3:30 pm, ensuring accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid driver license is REQUIRED.
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience REQUIRED.
• Forklift experience REQUIRED.
• Order filling experience REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with training and scheduling Full-Time and Part-Time staff.
• Manage on-site inventory control including order, receive, stock, process orders and commissary delivery.
• Complete required reporting.
• Document and inform KCN Management of priority tasks and personnel issues.
• Know and understand all phases of shipping/commissary delivery in designated KCN facilities.
• Report problems promptly with written documentation.
• Help maintain a clean workspace and adherer to guidelines when applicable.
• Other duties as needed.

About This Position

The KCN Operations Lead helps coordinate all KCN commissary shipments, orders and KCN functions at assigned warehouse facilities and commissary on-sites.

You will work onsite for this position. You will report to the District Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Assist management with training and scheduling Full-Time and Part-Time staff.


• Manage assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including order, receive, stock product, process orders and make commissary delivery.


• Complete required reporting.


• Document and inform KCN Management of all priority tasks and personnel problems.


• Know and understand all phases of shipping/commissary delivery in designated KCN facilities.


• Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to KCN Management promptly with written documentation.


• Help with general upkeep of all KCN areas/equipment/products in a clean manner and maintain American Correctional Association & American Jail Association guidelines when applicable.


• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.


• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You\'ll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Valid driver license REQUIRED.


• DOC ID pass (if at a Commissary On-site).


• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience REQUIRED.


• Forklift experience REQUIRED.


• Order filling experience REQUIRED.


• Ability to work: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
