The ideal candidate will lead hourly staff, optimize processes, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with freight partners to ensure on-time deliveries and measurable KPI success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse management role managing hourly employees.
• Hands-on, working manager in receiving, picking and packing.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
• Expertise in project management and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle spreadsheets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• NetSuite or RF Smart WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure safety, accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
• Plan workflow, staffing levels, and layout to maximize productivity and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Coordinate with freight partners to ensure efficient shipping.
• Oversee ERP and logistic software usage and data integrity.
• Review and adjust inventory levels, shipping costs, and loss prevention measures.
• Provide leadership and coaching to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
