Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or materials management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, barcode scanning, and inventory control processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing receiving, put-away, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations, equipment, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize workload, and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Directly supervise warehouse staff and assign work across shifts.
• Coordinate workloads, staffing, and priorities to maintain flow.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies.
• Coach staff on procedures, productivity, and safety.
• Partner with Logistics, Inventory Control, and IT to improve processes.
