Job summary

Heartland Home Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Lexington, KY team. The role plans, directs, and coordinates transportation, storage, and distribution activities to align with service and installation schedules.

You will lead the warehouse team, optimize layouts with the facilities manager, and support annual inventory counts. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, forklift and box truck certifications, and

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift and Box Truck certifications are required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leads shop team in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Oversee logistics: shop runs for various departments.
• Coordinate with facilities manager to optimize shop layout.
• Maintain weekend schedules for the shop team.
• Provide feedback to Purchasing Manager for employee reviews.
• Assist with yearly stock and inventory counts.
• Help develop and maintain perpetual inventory processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
