Job summary

Heartland Home Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Lexington, KY team. The role plans, directs, and coordinates transportation, storage, and distribution activities to align with service and installation schedules.

You will lead the warehouse team, optimize layouts with the facilities manager, and support annual inventory counts. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, forklift and box truck certifications, and

• Requires 2 years of warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift and Box Truck certifications are required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate plans, directs, and coordinates transportation, storage, and distribution/staging activities in accordance with organizational policies. This position oversees operations at the warehouse or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to the service and installation schedule. The duties and responsibilities of the position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

• Leads shop team in day-to-day warehouse operations
• Oversee logistics: shop runs for various departments
• Works in conjunction with the facilities manager to optimize shop layout
• Maintains weekend schedules for the shop team
• Provides feedback to Purchasing Manager to facilitate employee reviews

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Work Experience: 2 years of Warehouse experience
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• Certification: Forklift, Box Truck
• Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Organization Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills
