The successful candidate will independently run the operation, resolve challenges, and provide timely reports using Microsoft Teams. Salary is $65,000 with standard benefits and salary paid bi-monthly.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Transportation/logistics experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to review processes and standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate shift activities for optimum productivity.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff and lead teams.
