Job summary

TW Metals, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing activities, ensuring safety, productivity and customer satisfaction. You will oversee operations personally or through warehouse leads, coordinating with Sales and Branch Management to support service levels.

Candidates should have an associate degree with related experience, strong math skills, and the ability to learn mainframe systems like Metalware. We value teamwork, attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-year relevant industry experience in a Sales or a customer facing role.
• Strong math abilities for unit conversions and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Leads warehousing activities for the organization, personally or through lead personnel.
• Oversees safety, planning, and plant protection activities.
• Establishes procedures for receiving, handling, and shipping; maintains current inventory.
• Directs workflow, schedules, and evaluates the unit; supports branch goals.
• Collaborates with Operations, Sales, and Branch Management to boost customer satisfaction.
