Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new hires to ensure smooth transitions and standards.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Lead projects related to new warehouse technologies and processes.
• Provide leadership coverage for Supervisors and Warehouse Manager.
• Identify safety concerns and implement corrective actions with leadership.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Enforce company policies and OSHA standards.
• Optimize labor utilization through scheduling and task assignment.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement across operations.
