3C BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC in Utah seeks an organized Warehouse Clerk to receive, verify, and stage inventory for multiple job projects. You will ensure accurate records in Acumatica and maintain strict control over stock and documentation.

Responsibilities include ensuring security of the warehouse, timely updates to the PO/receipts, and adherence to safety and process standards. A detail-oriented, dependable team player with solid Microsoft Office skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, including outlook and excel.
• Must be able to quickly learn Acumatica software.
• Must present a pleasant and courteous, but professional demeanor over the telephone.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be detail-oriented and thorough. Accuracy is essential, especially in populating spreadsheets, entering PO Receipts and counting inventory items.
• Must show a willingness to jump in and help others as the needs arise.
• Must be dependable and always prompt and present.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
• Must be able to offer and receive constructive criticism tactfully.

Responsabilités

• Receiving product, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition; note damaged containers on receipt.
• Match packing slips with purchase orders and verify invoicing against quotes.
• Stage products for jobs; assemble from BOM and designate quantities; sign off on materials.
• Count returns and reconcile inventory when jobs are completed; update materials file.
• Organize and maintain warehouse; manage stock rotation and min–max levels.
• Ensure warehouse security; nothing leaves without proper documentation.
• Brand company tools; document serial/model numbers; check-in/out and inspect on return.
• Document all vehicles and equipment; ensure driver signs vehicle inventory responsibilities.
• Populate vehicle service logs; track upkeep and registrations; coordinate repairs.
• Recycle copper, gold, aluminum, and other materials from demolition or scraps.
• Maintain clear entrances; remove snow and apply ice melt as needed.
• Assist in locating and placing inventory in Acumatica system.
