Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and vendor coordination. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in business/logistics preferred.
5+ years in warehousing; 3+ years in leadership role.
ERP systems experience; SAP preferred.
Proficiency with office software (word, spreadsheets, email, databases).
Experience operating forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, and storage.
Manage performance and development of warehouse team members.
Supervise shipping/receiving orders and coordinate installation with subcontractors as needed.
Process purchase orders and vendor invoices; ensure pricing accuracy and rebates.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
