Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead all activities on a designated shift, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and put-away. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related warehouse experience. Proficiency with forklift operation and warehouse software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years related warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following OSHA standards.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using a forklift, reach truck, or motorized pallet rider.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct items are loaded.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in physical inventories.
• Keep a clean, neat and orderly work area.
