Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to lead and manage all warehouse activities on a shift, including shipping, receiving, inventorying, repackaging, palletizing and forklift operation. You will ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and support inventory control.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of warehousing experience, and a certified license for powered material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum two years warehousing experience.
• Certified license for powered material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely following OSHA standards and prescribed methods.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using a forklift or similar.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pick and pack, light assembly, and record storage accurately.
• Maintain inventory control and assist with physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and coordinate with other departments.
