Job summary

D.W. Distribution, an SBP brand, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Cat Spring, TX branch. You will oversee the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials, coordinating with associates and branch leadership while upholding SBP safety policies.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely order fulfillment, workflow management, accurate loading, and inventory control. Applicants should have forklift certification and at least 4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 4 years related experience in warehouse operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Flexible with scheduling and able to train or orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of materials.
• Monitor workflow and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Supervise loading and final accuracy checks for paperwork and tagging.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Address safety violations and ensure compliance with SBP policies.
• Assist warehouse associates as needed and resolve tickets in Agility.
