Job summary

D.W. Distribution, an SBP brand, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Cat Spring, TX location. You will oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials, working with Associates with minimal supervision.

Follow SBP safety policies and ensure accurate paperwork and tagging. Responsibilities include workflow management, loading checks, and inventory processes. Candidates must have 4 years related experience, a High School diploma, basic math/analytical skills, and forklift

• Ability to learn quickly with a mature and service-oriented attitude.
• Must be process-oriented and able to take direction with a systematic approach to solving problems.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must have forklift skills with appropriate certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, loading, unloading, and paperwork for shipments.
• Manage workflow to ensure orders are processed and filled promptly.
• Print and oversee truck orders and proper loading of trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Resolve tickets in the system and assist associates as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and address any violations.
